With the GLOV® body brush, just 5 minutes before showering can work wonders! It is a well-researched method of body massage that has been proven to promote skin health. This body brush gently exfoliates the skin, stimulates blood circulation and reduces fine lines. When you use the brush, the copper brushes form negative ions on the surface of your skin. The ash wood has undergone a heat treatment to make it particularly durable and moisture-resistant. This also gives it its beautiful, dark color. How to use the GLOV® Dry Body Brush?

  • You want to detoxify and cleanse your body naturally
  • You struggle with dry and flaky skin, especially in winter
  • You suffer from acne on your back and/or bottom
  • Cellulite and stretch marks often occur

Importantly, dry brushing may not be right for you if you have irritated skin (e.g. atopic or with inflammatory lesions). Otherwise it is suitable for all skin types.

 

How to use

 

  1. Stroke your skin gently, always in the direction of your heart.
  2. Starting with the feet, move the brush up each leg toward the groin, then toward the armpits.
  3. It's best to stroke your stomach upwards towards your heart or in circular movements in a clockwise direction.
  4. Finally, you can stroke your lower back with the dry brush in circular movements towards the heart.
  5. Then take a shower to wash away the dried skin particles.
  6. After use, remove the skin particles from the brush by running your thumb through the bristles and running a comb through them. Otherwise, you can tap the brush on a clean, flat surface.
