How to use

How do I use my GLOV® Gua Sha massage stone?

1. Use your favorite facial cream or facial oil.

2. Stroke the massage stone with slow, gentle movements - without too much pressure - always from the center of the face towards the lymph nodes.

3. Repeat each movement several times on the parts of the face you want to massage.

4. Give yourself self-care time - it's worth taking 5 to 10 minutes for this routine. Not only to really relax, but also for the best results.

5. After the ritual, you can continue your skin care routine or start the day or evening relaxed.

3. Repeat each movement several times on the parts of the face you want to massage.

4. Give yourself self-care time - it's worth taking 5 to 10 minutes for this routine. Not only to truly relax, but also for the best results.
